The WindEurope Annual Event 2026 will take place from 21–23 April 2026 in Madrid, Spain, bringing together the entire European wind energy industry at the IFEMA exhibition center. The event is one of the most important annual gatherings for the sector, combining a large exhibition with a high-level conference program and extensive networking opportunities.
Each year, thousands of professionals from across the wind energy value chain — including manufacturers, project developers, operators, policymakers and service providers — come together to exchange insights and explore the latest developments in renewable energy technologies. The event is expected to host more than 16,000 participants, over 500 exhibitors and dozens of conference sessions and speakers, making it a key platform for collaboration and innovation in the wind industry.
DEKRA will be contributing its expertise in safety, testing, inspection and certification services for the energy sector. In addition to its presence at the exhibition, DEKRA will also host two dedicated activities on the 22nd of April at the booth of the Spanish Wind Association, offering visitors the opportunity to learn more about DEKRA’s services and engage in informal discussions with industry experts.
