Juan Manuel has extensive experience across mobile, web, industrial, and medical environments, specializing in comprehensive penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and enhance system security. He has fortified systems against cyber threats, addressing security gaps in protocols, software applications, and infrastructure across diverse platforms. In the industrial sector, He has strengthened SCADA and control systems, employing methodologies aligned with IEC 62443 standards to protect against sophisticated cyber-attacks.

CTO in Onward Security
Daniel Liu is CTO and director of technology service at Onward Security and has more than 15 years of experience in penetration test, fuzzing test, IoT security, and mobile security. He also certified by SSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, ECSA, and CEH. In 2014, Daniel joined the Onward Security and not only lead the team researching on cloud, IoT, mobile device, automotive, and ICS cybersecurity topic, but also building ISO 17025 accredited cybersecurity testing laboratory, which has been authorized by Amazon Alexa, ioXt, and CTIA certification program, to provide cybersecurity assessment and certification testing on network connected and IoT devices for Taiwan and global device manufacturers.

Sr. PgM, Android Security in Google
Brooke is a cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience supporting a variety of areas across the Android Security and Privacy team at Google. As a founding member of the App Defense Alliance, she acts as Vice-Chair for the ASA Working Group, helping lead the development and implementation of the mobile security certification program.

Assistant Director in Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA)
Steven Tan is an Assistant Director at Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). He currently leads the Mobile, Safer Internet and Internet of Things (IoT) security team under the Cybersecurity Engineering Center (CSEC). His work focuses on assessing cyber risks in the Mobile, Internet and IoT domains, and developing initiatives to secure Singapore’s Digital landscape.
An advocate for cybersecurity standards and best practices, his leadership has been instrumental in the successful implementation of key projects such as the Safe App Standard and the Internet Hygiene Portal, aimed at enhancing Singapore’s cybersecurity framework and raising awareness about cyber hygiene among the public and organisations alike.
