Press Release: Local Aberdeen Business Reveals New Brand & Becomes Part of DEKRA
Aberdeen - October 16, 2017 - DEKRA, the global partner for a safe world, welcomed guests to the grand opening ceremony of their new Aberdeen premises on 12th October 2017. The ceremony marked the culmination of two years of careful planning to accommodate the ongoing growth of the EMEA Organizational Reliability operations.
In July 2015, DEKRA acquired local Aberdeen business, Optimus Seventh Generation Ltd., into its occupational safety consulting portfolio. In July 2017, Optimus Seventh Generation Ltd. and Behavioral Science Technology International, Inc. have joined forces to create the new entity DEKRA Organizational Reliability Ltd. The entity formation was marked with a small ceremony on the 12th October and has created five new job positions.
“In recent years, we have been able to continuously expand our position as a partner for Behavioral Change services in Europe. By optimizing our processes and expanding our service solutions, we are able to expand our service portfolio and bring new jobs to the region,” commented Derek Smith, Managing Director, DEKRA Organizational Reliability.
Recently, the offices were earmarked to be the EMEA headquarters for the company’s reliability solutions including behavior based safety, occupational
health and safety training
and risk diagnosis services.
